Ibn Sina also known as Avicenna in the Western World is a philosopher, scientist, physician and also the birth of Persia (now part of Uzbekistan). He is also a prolific writer where most work is about the philosophy and treatment. For many people, he was the "Father of Modern Medicine" and many others call him the most concerned with his work in the medical field. His work is widely known is Qanun fi Thib which is a reference in the medical field for centuries. Ibn Sina's full name Abū 'Ali al-Husayn ibn' Abdallah ibn Sina.
He is the author of 450 books on the subject of a large number. Many of them are focused on philosophy and medicine. He is regarded by many as the "father of modern medicine. George Sarton called Ibn Sina" the most famous scientist of Islam and one of the most famous in all areas, places, and time. "The most famous work is The Book of Healing and The Canon of Medicine, also known as the Qanun (full title: Al-Qanun fi Tibb At).
